Mauricio Gomez, Executive Sous Chef
A longtime Boston resident, Chef Mauricio Gomez has over 10 years of experience in the culinary industry. His eagerness to learn new techniques, food preparation/procedures, and cuisines have led him through many roles in the kitchen, from line cook to executive sous chef. Since 2008, he has worked at Boston favorites such as Petit Robert Bistro, Central Bistro, and our sister hotel, The Envoy.
Mauricio is highly competent in French, American, and Latin cuisines. He is deeply passionate about cooking and you can taste the heart and soul behind his work in every bite. As Executive Sous Chef at Bulfinch Social, Mauricio strives to create an unforgettable dining experience with a seasonal menu that’s equal parts comfortable and unexpected.
